Ben Mezrich Featured In The Latest Episode Of Foreword Thinking – The Business And Motivational Book Review Podcast

I was fairly surprised to discover at PodCamp Boston this past weekend how many people have been enjoying my "other" Podcast, Foreword Thinking – The Business And Motivational Book Review Podcast sponsored by HarperCollins Canada. I’m happy to announce that episode number seven went live today. This new episode features a conversation with Ben Mezrich. Ben is the author of the just-released book, Rigged – The True Story of an Ivy League Kid Who Changed the World of Oil, from Wall Street to Dubai, and is the best-selling author of Bringing Down the House – How Six Students Took Vegas for Millons, amongst others.

Mezrich’s style of narrative non-fiction is amazing. Basically, he hooks up with young people who have very unique "hobbies" or "jobs" and tells their real-life story. He’s written for Stuff Magazine, his books are optioned by Hollywood for upcoming major film releases, and he’s a fascinating guy to connect with.

The main reason I started the Foreword Thinking Podcast was due to the success we had with the Montreal Business Book Review meet-ups. I had a desire to replicate this candid discussion about great business and motivational books with the world, and I figured a Podcast would be the ideal channel. Thankfully, HarperCollins Canada liked the idea and came forward as the prime sponsor.
