The only online advertising I can think of that I like are Chip Griffin’s Media Monitoring Minute segments on FIR and NewComm Road, because they provide information useful to the listeners rather than typical ad copy.

Also have your web developers or IT dept review the agencies website “source code”. Was it done in in CSS or tables? Is the code architecture SEO friendly? Are they using h1/h2 tags, ect…
