Simon Sinek is one smart individual.
To this day, you will hear many business leaders referring to his first book, Start With Why (which is, without a doubt one of the best business books that has come out in the past little while) or his now infamous TED Talk (which is clocking in at over 14 million views – that is not a typo). Sinek is passionate about leaders and what brings out the best in people. He most recently published his second book, Leaders Eat Last – Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don’t.
