  1. Hey Mitch,
    Great interview as usual but it’s only in mono. I had the same problem which Bob Goyetche of the Canadian Podcast Buffet helped me fix using Audacity with the following steps
    1) Open the mp3 in Audacity
    2) Click the down arrow next to the file name to the left of the waveform image of the audio and choose Split Stereo Track from the drop down menu
    4) Click the down arrow again and choose Mono from the drop down menu
    5) Choose File/Export As MP3 and save the file.
    Works like a charm.

    In your talk with Arielle you mention that people don’t seem to get the power of the web for doing market research. I would love to hear a Six Points of Separation on that….

    Great show and very timely. I was writing a blog psot about the “black sock syndrome” but had to put it on hold to go to work. On my commute, I listened to the LittleMissMatched story and it was amazing story on product development.
    I think there is a broader trend for both B2C and B2B product development. I focus on the B2B world, but the desire is the same…simplification. LittleMissMatched provides a beautiful example of how to turn convention on its head and create a breakthrough product.
    Couldn’t the same be said about creating enterprise applications? Will flexible applications (read Web 2.0 replace the big MS Office applications) in the future?
    This is what I pondered on my post.
