Montreal Business Book Club – Blue Ocean Strategy Recap

Wow… what a lively discussion we had tonight at Twist Image for the Montreal Business Book Club. The Montreal Business Book Club discussed Blue Ocean Strategy – How To Create Uncontested Market Space And Make The Competition Irrelevant by W. Chan Kim & Renee Mauborgne and we had about a dozen people here.
Our Guest Moderator, Chris Mahoney of EGM Partners, also prepared an incredible six-page handout that included a template to create “The Strategy Canvas Of Your Company.”
The group included Professors from Concordia’s John Molson School Of Business and Vanier College along with the Director of The Canadian Chamber Of Commerce for Montreal. We also had a slew of Entrepreneurs and passionate business people discussing the values of uncontested market space, how to make it happen and all of the innovation and marketing required to create the ideal Blue Ocean Strategy.
Thanks to all for attending.
The next session of the Montreal Business Book Club is being held on Wednesday, July 27th, 6:30 pm at Twist Image. The book selection for July will be announced shortly.
