If CNN And Merriam-Webster Say So, The Blog Is Big And Here To Stay

It’s always hard to explain the marketing virtues of any channel that’s called “Blog.” Turns out a better word will not conquer and vanquish the term that sounds more like a body fluid’s bellow than what Merriam-Webster Inc. now defines as “a Web site that contains an online personal journal with reflections, comments and often hyperlinks.”
According to this CNN article, Publisher: ‘Blog’ No. 1 Word Of The Year, Blogs are hot.
Blog. Blog. Blog. Blah. Bleh. Blech.
