For a while, I was finding it harder and harder to read at least one book a month, and then it dawned on me: I already am. I have been using my car as a mobile learning university for the past few years. Sure, I occasionally slip and pop in Coldplay, Metallica or Radiohead but I have been focusing lately and the rewards are huge.
In the past two months alone, I have been able to finish Winning by Jack Welch, Blink by Malcolm Gladwell and yesterday was the start of Good To Great by Jim Collins.
While I don’t profess that this is any sort of new technology, I have been struggling with accepting that listening to the full, unabridged, audio book is the exact same as actually reading it. I’m not cheating… am I?
Currently listening to: Good To Great By Jim Collins.
Currently reading: Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi.
