Posted by

Welcome to episode #354 of Six Pixels Of Separation – The Twist Image Podcast. His latest book is called, Present Shock, and he has ten-plus other best-selling books on new media and pop culture (including: Program Or Be Programmed, Life Inc., Cyberia, Media Virus, Playing the Future, Nothing Sacred: The Truth about Judaism, Get Back in the Box: Innovation from the Inside Out and Coercion, winner of the Marshall Mcluhan Award for best media book). He does tons of teaching and public speaking but also makes time to produce and write documentaries (The Merchants of CoolThe Persuaders, Digital_Nation). If that weren’t enough, Douglas Rushkoff has written two series of graphic novels for Vertigo called, Testament and A.D.D. When it comes to the top thinkers that inspire me, Rushkoff, holds one of the few coveted spots. He’s a deep, deep thinker and drops insights on media and marketing that will keep you thinking and spinning for days. Enjoy the conversation…

  1. Mitch,
Incredible!!! Berger and Rushkoff…your last two podcast/interviews were very informative; your dialogue and questions always bring out the best in content and information. Impressive! (& I’m not just blowing smoke)
I’ve been following you since ’08 when I read your book (Six Pix), it was at that time my mind ‘married’ with your ideas and philosophy. An incredible affair – Haha.
I’ve been designing a new company for these past six years now, and finally getting ready to launch and I can’t tell you how instrumental you have been in helping me. Some day I hope to tell you my journey in my book or over a cocktail…as well as co authoring a book on a great new marketing/business model that has not been touched. (either you or Seth). 🙂
MY QUESTION: Could you please have someone on your team reach out with A to Z info on how I can replicate your Podcasts.
Again, thank you for the work you do, an look forward to working with your firm in the future.
    All my best,
    Daren

  2. For some reason whenever I clicked your link to this podcast I got redirected to TD bank website. Weird. Did anyone else have this problem?

  3. Weirder still. I followed this by email, and instead of seeing your reply I got this
“What’s up, all is going fine here and ofcourse every one is sharing facts, that’s really good, keep up writing.”

I hope I’m not just seeing things
