Sales & Marketing? YES!

I guess they liked me at Media Night. So I spoke again for Sales & Marketing night. It would seem that there are a lot of people who want to be in Sales & Marketing but they have a difficult time communicating with their peers or employers. I love sales. I love marketing. I love helping others get passionate about truly creating amazing things.
I get dis-passionate when people get all pissy about how they don’t like the grind. They don’t like cold calls and they don’t like listening to input from others. Maybe that’s why I like the way we do it at Twist Image – where we keep things flat, open space and no titles. This is a team effort and you get a lot more sales and marketing done when everyone on the team wants to win, grow and learn.
