Special thank you to Speakers Spotlight for featuring me on their homepage.
Every time they feature my work, I feel two things at the same time…
Gratitude… and the sense that something much bigger is shifting beneath us in business today.
Because in the speaking world, it isn’t really about “voices” anymore… it’s about vantage points.
And artificial intelligence isn’t just changing what leaders see… it’s changing where they stand to see it from.
That’s the part we’re still underestimating.
The companies and organizations I speak for aren’t asking for trendspotting anymore.
They’re asking much harder questions…
What happens when the cost of experimentation collapses?
What happens when creativity scales faster than strategy?
What happens when everyone has access to the best insights on strategy?
What happens when attention collapses and we can deliver intimacy at scale?
What happens when business models start bending under the weight of new consumer behaviors?
Digital transformation didn’t prepare us for this moment… and AI is forcing us into it.
We’re learning that proximity (not promotion) is the new competitive edge.
That customers don’t just want to be reached… they want to be understood.
That the Intimacy Economy quietly replaced the Attention Economy and almost nobody is talking about it.
That understanding this Intimacy Economy will reward the organizations willing to think deeper… not just move faster.
Because speed, on its own, is a trick.
We’ve been sold this trope for too long…
Everything is moving faster… you have to move faster… everyone who works for you has to move faster.
Speed is a lie… don’t fall for it.
Direction is the real asset.
Momentum is the real moat.
And in all this noise about speed, individuals inside these organizations are the ones feeling the most pressure.
They’re expected to reinvent how they think, lead, collaborate and create… without a map for what the next era looks like.
It’s why I’ve been spending so much time developing and refining my PACE framework.
I won’t unpack it here, but it has become the backbone of how I help leaders elevate their thinking in a moment when clarity, alignment and purposeful movement matter far more than how fast you’re going.
Consider it a way to calibrate yourself… before you calibrate the organization… and before the economy recalibrates your business.
Because the truth is (somewhat) simple…
We’re not living through a technology cycle…
We’re living through a strategy cycle.
And strategy now demands imagination, proximity and the ability to operate with intention inside a system that computationally moves faster than your instincts.
So yes, having Speakers Spotlight feature my work this week means a lot.
But what it really reinforces is how urgently leaders are searching for new vantage points… new models… new ways to see what’s changing and what’s coming next.
If you’re planning an event for later this year or already thinking about 2026… and you want your team to understand the present future of AI, business models, customer intimacy and what it really takes to build momentum right now… reach out.
Here’s more about what I’m speaking about lately.
